Samantha Coqueiro

Samantha Coqueiro Dias has over 20 years of experience in marketing, communications, and financial services, focusing on product development, sustainability initiatives, and partnerships between private and public sectors. She has supported multinational companies (Unilever, Coca-Cola, SC Johnson) in launching products that enhance daily life, and public institutions (BNDES) in structuring projects that promote sustainable development and shaping narratives that engage broad audiences. With a background in marketing and a second master’s degree in Sustainability from Harvard, Samantha is interested in how effective storytelling can motivate meaningful action on sustainable development. Beyond work, she values time with her family, enjoys learning about history, cultures, and places, and has a passion for photography.
Tyrone Dotson

Tyrone Dotson brings over 20 years of diverse experience spanning consumer beverages, aerospace, academia, start-ups, and OSHA compliance. Throughout his career, Tyrone has served in key leadership roles including DoD Contractor Program Manager, Business Development Manager, Congressional Relations Liaison, Start-Up Founder and CEO, and Operations Manager. He has also led United Way efforts for a Fortune 200 company division and worked as a Medical School Research Lab Assistant. As a scientist, Tyrone is passionate about developing climate technology solutions that advance sustainable initiatives and preserve Earth’s ecosystem for future generations to enjoy. He leverages technology for social impact, focusing on building sustainable communities and enabling circular and regenerative economy solutions. Tyrone is a co-founder of Wyndergy, which is dedicated to reducing vehicle CO2 emissions and extending EV range. Outside of work, Tyrone enjoys traveling, scuba diving, playing golf, spending time with family, and pursuing his passion for automobiles.
Tushima Kumar

With multi-disciplinary expertise in the field of Technology Consulting , Tushima Kumar comes with 30 years of experience in many different and versatile roles spanning Consulting, Sales, Solutions and Delivery across different domains like Telecom (OSS/BSS), Oil and Gas, Healthcare and public service, Clinical studies and Investment Bank. She has worked in different geographies – USA, India and Philippines, across organizations like Accenture, Deutsche Bank AG, Unisys, Siemens Information, , Icon Clinical, Idea Integration and Usha group, interacting closely with C-suites of fortune 10 organizations helping them drive transformation in their organization.
Her most recent role as a lead of the pre-sales function for Market units in Accenture Philippines across APAC included driving innovation in large deals to achieve Industry led differentiation and embedding Generative AI for clients across the globe. Tushima was also the Sustainability lead and was one of the pioneer champions to embed Sustainability by design in technology solutions.
She was the recipient of the prestigious Gantimpala award besides many leadership awards in Accenture. She is passionate about supporting and mentoring women and has helped many women in technology grow their career.
Currently, She is pursuing Masters program in Sustainability from Harvard Business Extension School and is on the board of Bharati Indian Expat Women in Philippines – a nonprofit organization.
Outside of work, Tushima loves travelling and hiking. She has run many full marathons and ultra marathons including a 100 kms.
